• What is the mode of operation of the Water Park?

  The Tropical Coast Water Park is open daily from 10:30 to 21:30!

• How long can I buy tickets?

  Tickets for the "4 hours" and "All day" tariffs can be purchased from 10:30 to 17:15. Tickets for the "Evening" tariff (2 hours) are on sale from 17:00 to 19:15. Tickets for the "Health Charge" tariff can be purchased from 10:30 to 18:30.

• Do I need a certificate to visit the Water Park?

  No, no medical certificates are required to visit the water park.

• Is it warm in the Water Park?

  Yes, we are always warm and comfortable! The air temperature in the aquazone is maintained at +30-32°C. We monitor all climatic parameters around the clock, so the heating season does not affect the microclimate of the water park.

• What is the water temperature in the Water Park?

  We carefully maintain a comfortable water temperature in all areas:

  • Children's playground: +30-32°C
  • Large pools: about +30°C
  • Jacuzzi: +35-38°C
• Are there any discounts for birthday parties?

  Yes, of course! Birthday guests receive a 50% discount on the entrance ticket for the period 7 days before, on the birthday and 7 days after the holiday.

  The discount applies to all fares except the "Evening" (2 hours).

  To receive a discount, you must present at the checkout the original document confirming the date of birth (passport, birth certificate or passport of the parent with a record of the child).

  Special condition: If the birthday boy is under 120 cm tall, he passes for free, and a 30% discount is given to one of the accompanying adults.

• Are there discounts for large families, pensioners and the disabled?

  Yes, we provide a 15% social discount for the following categories of citizens:

  • Large families
  • Pensioners
  • People with disabilities (HIA)

  Conditions: The discount is valid only on weekdays (Mon-Fri) and applies to all fares except Evening (2 hours).

  To receive it, you must present the corresponding original document at the cashier (certificate of a large family, pension certificate, disability certificate).

• How do I find out about current promotions?

  All current promotions and special offers are published in the "SPECIAL OFFERS" section on our website and in our official social media communities.

• Is it possible to celebrate a birthday at a water park?

  Yes, of course! We offer the organization of children's parties with animation, thematic design and festive menu. All details can be discussed with our manager!

• From how old can I visit the water park on my own (without parents)?

  Children can visit the water park on their own without an escort only from the age of 16 (with the mandatory presentation of a passport to the cashier).

  Children under the age of 16 can only visit the water park with an accompanying adult (any adult over the age of 18).

• How many children can one adult accompany?

  1 adult can accompany up to 5 children between the ages of 7 and 16, or no more than 2 children under the age of 7. Children over the age of 16 can be responsible for themselves.
