Visiting rules

The water park can be visited by citizens who have purchased an entrance ticket for the appropriate time and have no contraindications to using water attractions. Every visitor has the right to choose to visit the water park, so the Administration does not accept claims about the large number of visitors on the territory of the Water Park and the inconveniences associated with it. The purchase of a ticket indicates that the visitor has familiarized himself with the rules of behavior in the water park and undertakes to comply with them.

Tariff formation:

Children under 16 years of age, as well as those whose height is less than 140 cm, are allowed to enter the territory of the water park only accompanied byadults (18+). One adult can accompany up to 5 children between the ages of 7 and 16, or no more than 2 children under the age of 7.

Pricing based on growth:

Children under 120 cm: admission is free.
Children under 150 cm: admission is by children's ticket.
Height above 150 cm: admission is by adult ticket.

Children under 10 years of age and up to 140 cm tall must use life jackets in the Aqua Zone, which are provided free of charge. The escorts are responsible for all damage caused by the children.

These rules define the visiting procedure and safety precautions.:

Visitors are not allowed in the water park:

In a state of alcohol and drug intoxication;
With open wounds, infectious and skin diseases;
Those suffering from diseases of the heart, musculoskeletal system, and other health conditions that may worsen.

It is forbidden to bring into the territory of the water park:

Any weapons, piercing and cutting objects, self-defense equipment, explosives and flammable substances;
Alcoholic drinks, cocktails and beer of all varieties;
Any animals.

Leave personal items unattended;

How long can I buy tickets?

Tickets for the "4 hours" and "All day" tariffs can be purchased from 10:30 to 17:15. Tickets for the "Evening" tariff (2 hours) are on sale from 17:00 to 19:15. Tickets for the "Health Charge" tariff can be purchased from 10:30 to 18:30.
Do I need a certificate to visit the Water Park?

No, no medical certificates are required to visit the water park.
Is it warm in the Water Park?

Yes, we are always warm and comfortable! The air temperature in the aquazone is maintained at +30-32°C. We monitor all climatic parameters around the clock, so the heating season does not affect the microclimate of the water park.
What is the water temperature in the Water Park?
We carefully maintain a comfortable water temperature in all areas:
- Children's playground: +30-32°C
- Large pools: about +30°C
- Jacuzzi: +35-38°C
Are there any discounts for birthday parties?

Yes, of course! Birthday guests receive a 50% discount on the entrance ticket for the period 7 days before, on the birthday and 7 days after the holiday.

The discount applies to all fares except the "Evening" (2 hours).

To receive a discount, you must present at the checkout the original document confirming the date of birth (passport, birth certificate or passport of the parent with a record of the child).

Special condition: If the birthday boy is under 120 cm tall, he passes for free, and a 30% discount is given to one of the accompanying adults.

Children can visit the water park on their own without an escort only from the age of 16 (with the mandatory presentation of a passport to the cashier).

Children under the age of 16 can only visit the water park with an accompanying adult (any adult over the age of 18).
