We present to your attention the current information on prices. We have developed a flexible tariff system to make recreation in our water park affordable for every visitor!

Tariff Structure

Children under 16 years of age are allowed onto the water park territory only when accompanied by adults.

Admission to the water park for children under 120 cm is free; for children up to 150 cm, entry is with a child ticket; and for those over 150 cm tall, entry is with an adult ticket.

The “Health Boost” and “Aqua Zone + Thermae” tariffs include admission to 2 steam rooms (baths) and 2 saunas, as well as the use of the plunge pool, bucket shower, and the “Kneipp Path”. Other wellness treatments in the SPA area are available for an additional fee.

ATTENTION! Gift certificates for the "All Day Aqua Zone + Thermae" tariff (1 adult or 1 child) can only be purchased online. Gift certificates for the "4 Hours Aqua Zone + Thermae" tariff can only be purchased at the water park ticket office. The Tropical Coast Water Park is open daily from 10:30 to 21:30!
How long can I buy tickets?

Tickets for the "4 hours" and "All day" tariffs can be purchased from 10:30 to 17:15. Tickets for the "Evening" tariff (2 hours) are on sale from 17:00 to 19:15. Tickets for the "Health Charge" tariff can be purchased from 10:30 to 18:30.
Do I need a certificate to visit the Water Park?

No, no medical certificates are required to visit the water park.
Is it warm in the Water Park?

Yes, we are always warm and comfortable! The air temperature in the aquazone is maintained at +30-32°C. We monitor all climatic parameters around the clock, so the heating season does not affect the microclimate of the water park.
What is the water temperature in the Water Park?
We carefully maintain a comfortable water temperature in all areas:
- Children's playground: +30-32°C
- Large pools: about +30°C
- Jacuzzi: +35-38°C
Are there any discounts for birthday parties?

Yes, of course! Birthday guests receive a 50% discount on the entrance ticket for the period 7 days before, on the birthday and 7 days after the holiday.

The discount applies to all fares except the "Evening" (2 hours).

To receive a discount, you must present at the checkout the original document confirming the date of birth (passport, birth certificate or passport of the parent with a record of the child).

Special condition: If the birthday boy is under 120 cm tall, he passes for free, and a 30% discount is given to one of the accompanying adults.

Is it possible to celebrate a birthday at a water park?

Yes, of course! We offer the organization of children's parties with animation, thematic design and festive menu. All details can be discussed with our manager!
From how old can I visit the water park on my own (without parents)?

Children can visit the water park on their own without an escort only from the age of 16 (with the mandatory presentation of a passport to the cashier).

Children under the age of 16 can only visit the water park with an accompanying adult (any adult over the age of 18).
How many children can one adult accompany?

1 adult can accompany up to 5 children between the ages of 7 and 16, or no more than 2 children under the age of 7. Children over the age of 16 can be responsible for themselves.
